I mean, I know you hate Trump, but a recession began in 1973. Oil prices spiked. Dow fell by over 45 percent over the next two years. Unemployment was higher. Basically nothing was better. sphs73reunion.org/webpages/zreme…
That's just one of the years that jumped out at me. I think we had another recession in 1948, as well.
Does any unbiased person really believe the economy was better in the late 1970s than today?
Another recession began in 1937! The unemployment rate was on its way to 19 percent. Better year?
