If you're following me or following enough people adjacent to me to see this and *not* spending quite a lot of your time doing something weird that concerns your friends and/or family, you need to get on that nerd you only have one life to live
Remember that if you live to regret any of the things you *did* vs. the great many things people feel they "should have done," you'll be a beautiful anomaly in clinical geriatric research
Try stuff. Be gentle with yourself and your collaborators, but get serious when you think you might be on to something. Force yourself into failure or success. Find friends who do the same, love fully, and when you struggle ask for help
Shut up, you're not too old, too poor or too busy. Listen to the part of you that knows you can do better by yourself, your little ones or your vision. Mute the shame and advocate for space in your life to be what you want to be in order to show up fully present *everywhere*
