How to Live With Conscious Confidence

In order to improve ourselves in any area of life, we first have to become aware of who we are and what we're working towards.

When you know who you are, what you value, and believe in what you're working to create for yourself, confidence happens naturally.
If your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are aligned with low self confidence, low self confidence is what you'll experience.

The opposite is also true.

If you'd like to overcome your confidence problems, you have to first understand what you're doing to create them.
Most likely, you've allowed your mental spirals and poor emotional reactions to take over your ability to consciously respond.

This has become automatic for you, likely for many years, yet you've probably never considered it being the cause of your low confidence.

But it is.
This is why practicing self awareness is so incredibly important.

In order to improve ourselves in any area of life, we first have to become aware of what’s going on.

As you start to become aware of your thoughts and feelings, you begin to see how they directly influence your behaviors, choices, and actions.

This creates an internal feedback loop.

Mental & emotional energy create action, and our actions reinforce our thoughts and feelings.
When you're stuck in a negative, low-confidence generating feedback loop, it can be hard to break free.

But when you create self awareness, the process becomes far easier.

Why?

You only need to shift one part of the loop for the better to positively influence the whole thing.
I recommend channeling your negative thoughts/feelings into positive behavior.

Instead of binging netflix when you're thinking or feeling low, go to the gym.

This one small change will bring you one step closer toward a greater level of self-assuredness and deeper confidence.
Start asking yourself questions like...

"How are my thoughts and feelings keeping me stuck in low confidence?"

"What can I do today to make sure my mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns are improved tomorrow?"

"What do I value, and how can I live closer to those values?"
