Ancient Srirama temple lying in ruins for centuries is being revived.

Devaprashna was held on 28 Oct 2019. It was decided to light lamps daily and start Namajapa at temple.

Temple plan and design will now be drawn. Restoration work will start after that.

Bara Lao ka Gumbad, Delhi is a Hindu temple site that was captured by Muslim invaders.

Mullahs tried to steal the monument by claiming it to be Waqf, but court handed it over to government.

However restoration work is causing all temple traces being removed.

Thrippaloor Narasimha temple is a Mahakshethra in Malappuram Kerala which was destroyed during invasion of Tipu Sultan. The temple is now lying abandoned.

We are starting the revival of this temple. Site clearance work will start on 26 Oct 2018

Hindus of locality tried to rebuild temple a decade back, but work was stalled due to shortage of funds.

Even the circumambulation path of Thrippaloor Narasimha temple in Malappuram was encroached and people made an illegal road through the temple. The temple pond was taken over by the Panchayat.

#Kerala architects stood out in their mastery over wood sculpting. If you ask, why most of the temples in Kerala are not so architecturally minute in their making, the answer is: wood. Cheras largely worked with wood. This is the koothambalam of #haripad Subramanian temple.
Because the entire structure was made of wood most of the grand temples succumbed to fire accidents. It was easy for invaders to raze it too. But remnants of it exist only in a handful of temples. See this video. #haripadsubramanian temple.
