#GoalSettingGremlins 1/9: The Odd One Out. Unconnected to your overall strategy, this goal is the most dangerous as it can lead your team astray and waste everyone's time.
#GoalSettingGremlins 2/9: The Woolly One. If you want your goals to be Specific, as per the SMART framework, then watch out for this one:
#GoalSettingGremlins 3/9: The Sneaky One. Customer Support in particular should watch out for this one:
#GoalSettingGremlins 4/9: The Bumpy One. Check historical data before unleashing your goals, or end up with this guy:
#GoalSettingGremlins 5/9: The Clingy One. Kill it. Kill it now.
#GoalSettingGremlins 6/9: The Low Hanging One. It's the end of the year, and we all want to hit those goals, but picking a super easy one is pointless.
#GoalSettingGremlins 7/9: The Super Aggressive One. Arch nemesis of 'The Low Hanging One' this one can also be dangerous.
#GoalSettingGremlins 8/9: The Far-away One. Oops, almost forgot this one.
#GoalSettingGremlins 9/9: The Laggy one. This goal takes aaaaages to give you feedback on how you've performed so we're sharing it last.
