Predicated on an unpublished judgment, the decision not to investigate LeaveEU's criminality was taken 5 WEEKS after @metpoliceuk sent a file to the @cpsuk for advice on their complex case. They sent another file to the CPS on the much simpler VOTE LEAVE case 5 WEEKS AGO...⌛️
@metpoliceuk @cpsuk For absolute clarity, the people who were found guilty of electoral fraud and were then referred to the police, who have now submitted a file to the CPS, can be seen here, just after their procured victory in the EU referendum - many of whom are now to be found in Downing St.
