Perhaps no one directly confronted the 3 Turds because they knew they'd immediately be fired and smeared, so they instead documented *everything* and went through the PROPER CHANNELS to document + report a wrong-doing.
Something I've noticed, as the person who takes notes during meetings in order to facilitate whatever it is we say we're going to do: there are people (many of them leaders) used to having other people take notes and feed infor back to them. Not saying it's good; it just is.
