We just received about 150 police reports from Storey County, NV regarding the $TSLA factory.

Let's start with that time Tesla's activity in the area led to shooting a horse.
Then there's the cocaine.
Then there's the time—and this is bonkers—when a *police report* was filed because Tesla KICKED OSHA OFF TESLA PROPERTY FOR DOING AN INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH IT HAD A WARRANT SIGNED BY A JUDGE.
You know, just more cocaine. Cocaine and cars. Cars and cocaine. Whatever. (Has anyone ever tested their Model 3 for cocaine residue?)
"Why do you hate the environment?" asked @ElonMusk in his deposition for the Delaware Court of Chancery lawsuit, when the lawyer deposing him admitted to driving a gasoline car. Turns out, Tesla employees also hate the environment. Or they can't afford a Tesla. Or both.
@elonmusk The factory is so large that apparently in order to get food, there's a risk of running someone over to get there.
@elonmusk To be fair, Tesla employs a large number of people and to some extent this is normal and expected. But only to some extent. They've got quite the lost and found in Nevada.
@elonmusk Now that the smoking pipe is no longer part of any ongoing investigation, it's free to explore its hopes and dreams outside of the factory.

The Smoking Pipe. A novel.
@elonmusk This report is entitled, "Possible Heroin."
@elonmusk Tesla NV does not appear to be a drug-free environment.
(Tesla Acting Supervisor Swindle. Up there with the Van Der Grift lawsuit... plainsite.org/dockets/3irurn…)
Some more heroin...
This is truly amazing. Many will recall that $TSLA filed for a Workplace Violence restraining order against Randeep Hothi, a citizen journalist who police said exited a parking lot at a "slow rate of speed," contradicting a Tesla security worker *under oath* who was not present.
Compare and contrast. Here, a terminated $TSLA employee literally threatened to *shoot Tesla workers* on Tesla property and, according to police, proceeded to exit the parking lot "at high rate of speed." Tesla said it "did not wish to pursue any charges."
Fortunately, despite being in crisis, American health care for human beings has not yet reached this level. But if you're an animal lover and a $TSLA fan, there might be some conflict in those sentiments.
Cocaine...check.
Heroin...check.
Meth...check.
At this point, it's reasonable to ask, how many employees are on drugs at the average Toyota/GM/Ford/Honda factory? And is there a clear linkage between drug use and product quality, or drug use and worker injuries?
Does anyone who works at $TSLA manufacturing Teslas actually drive a Tesla? So far, according to these reports, the answer is no.
Many of these reports (not posted here) are simply tragic. There are a lot of people who work for Tesla who are simply trying to improve their lives, as described by @USAToday, and life can often be difficult and cruel. Below, just one example. Which is why journalism matters.
@USATODAY Another case, this one involving actual physical violence, not quite rising to the level of requiring a workplace violence restraining order—treatment reserved for napping PhD students who have a good handle on business arithmetic.
@USATODAY And then there's this: evidence of copper wire theft that at least one civil plaintiff has argued was, in aggregate, material enough that it should have been disclosed to $TSLA investors. plainsite.org/dockets/43pa0u…
"Neither QPS nor Tesla security notified SCSO of the incident when it happened."
In which the Storey County Sheriff's Office describes *not* the subject of the police report, but TESLA'S HEAD OF SECURITY, as exhibiting "the odor of alcohol coming from his person." On the job. Who didn't want the SCSO upstairs. While he interviewed a distraught employee. $TSLA
