Just to put a super fine point on this: saying sanctions/bombings/wars have “good intentions”, “meant well”, or had “good faith” doesn’t mean anything. These are clearly unfalsifiable, jingoistic post-hoc rationalizations everyone uses. Literally since the beginning of war.
