The review has overtones of rumored hostility between WH counsel & OMB head Mulvaney, but still looked primarily, if not exclusively at documents that could be publicly accessed. Who knows what’s in the internal documents that aren’t subject to review. 
What's in the emails? I'd be willing to be there is more evidence Trump's Ukraine policy had little to do with our national security & Trump used taxpayer resources on a "domestic political errand" designed to help him win in 2020.

@weareoversight anonymous CIA employee called a tipline. These documents may support or rebut testimony leading up to & surrounding the call & the response to it. It's not until the week ahead of its 9/9 delivery to Congress that we learn there's a whistleblower complaint. Aid is released 9/11.
