Mini Fortresses?

Just discovered a couple of new mortgage websites that are illegal, non-compliant and stinky frauds but the last time I named a crooked website on Twitter I was sued and had a formal complaint lodged at my Regulator that I was a racist, misogynist stalker

Of someone I never was within 3 miles of or ever spoke to in my life

Because I stated that the broker's website was non-compliant, which it was, and they changed it but I had 4 full days BS to deal with

Because that is our world now, villains attack truth with loud lies

I will file complaints directly with the Regulator and report back to the Twitterverse with the results

Negative Yield Bonds = Empty Houses

So much talk about negative yield bonds got me thinking

Are empty houses the retail version of those bonds for overseas investors?

$3M house on my street used for Ferrari storage, no one has lived there in 7 years

Assume no mortgage

/2 total cost to store this $3M asset = property tax and minimum utilities

Call it $25K per year or just under 1% of asset value

Hey it's not 20 bps but this is retail after all

No rental income = virtually no tax filing info, it becomes a zero taxable income return

Maybe well worth the 0.75% negative yield

A bit of background, folks.

I'd been single since I guess two years now, with horrible nasty breakups and multiple situationships over the course of time. It had taken its toll on me - had completely lost faith in the idea of falling in love.
I was on every dating app and life was, to put it simply - colourful. I was going places, meeting people, coming back home, loving this life alone, meanwhile being apologetic towards everyone and everything. I had spread myself thin, I was clocking out.

Today’s the day when a university IT professional searches my hard drives to capture any documents that respond to five search terms demanded by a local lawyer under Nebraska’s Public Records Act.

I’m going to live tweet it now. Enjoy.
The first three search terms—a student’s name—turned up nothing on one of my computers. This is not surprising. The remaining two search terms, for Turning Point USA, also turned up nothing on that first computer.
She is now using a forensic tool called MacQuisition to capture my web browser history.
