Options Intraday Trading Tips ( hard way to make consistent money)

Question: What do you want to be?

a) Theta eater ( Seller) or
b) Gamma Scalper (buyer)

Decide First, Read further.

What do you need to win?

Technically

Risk Reward > the 1:1
success ratio > than 50%.

But Keep in mind of 2 things
a) Slippage
b) Brokerage

you need
Success ratio > 60% (can be lower too but R:R should be higher) or better, and win ratio > 1: 1.5 or better

Enough Maths

define your risk. What if you have consecutive 4 losses or more, would you still be in-game? If you are out of the game, maths doesnt matter.

It can be 1% of capital per trade or a fixed amount or other things.

Also, think about how leverage can help you with a great success rate. Just get the right amount of Leverage. Even warren buffet was leveraged 1.6 times ( most of the times, Google it if you don’t trust me)

Dont over leverage, dont be under leveraged.

Once you decide the on type of trading system which you believe will work, backtest it, forward test it, test it again, test once more and than once more.

Stick to your system, don't change it often( the mistake I have committed n no of times).

Now Get started

I think its wrong way to do it. Rather use risk management + compounding to enhance your returns.

Focus on consistency rather than hitting 4 and 6. singles will make you rich.

Read maths and probability, time to read class IX, X, XI, XII maths book again.
