I will wait for Durham's investigations for a more definitive reckoning on who was naughty and who was nice, with accompanying indictments.

I hope I don't have to take the trouble to read the IG Report, which I am not planning to do unless the media starts drawing sensational inferences from the report.
The IG Report is feckless and useless in the light of John Durham's assessment which disagrees with it.

Keep in mind that IG Report is based solely on Horowitz's interviews with active DoJ employees. Horowitz couldn't even interview James Comey because Comey is no longer an active employee. Horowitz also couldn't interview anyone outside DoJ.
