The prayers however, worked. I walked free. But then I faced another trial for another offence - summary only offences which were committed to the #CrownCourt together with the Indictable Trade Marks offence & then remitted back to the Magistrates after successful prosecution

We wrote back to #HBOS explaining we can't be out of time, we were recently invited to make a claim. Then #Halifax changed their tact. They said no compensation because "fees were correctly charged at the time but we have now taken the decision to remove them" #Lloyds #BBCNews

My mother then went into #Barclays bank to transfer the #HBOS money to me & the money originally disappeared. Then Barclays said this was because my mother's account has been flagged for fraud activity. Barclays manager said he has never seen anything like this before #dailymail

A complaint was made to #Barclays & for 1 day of inconvenience, Barclays compensated my mother £100. Now compare this to #HBOS, over 2000 days of constant distress & when it comes to compensation they lie by stating we are out of time #Lloyds #Radio5Live #BBCNews #SkyPapers #FCA
