@DCNorg @AGBecerra In our comments, we say this about browser-signals (DNT) called for in law. "These signals can be useful for consumers as they are persistent and easy to use. They can also be useful for consumer-facing companies as the signals are sent in real-time to all downstream companies."

Whether companies can harvest data across our digital lives (and offline with gps in our pockets) w/out real choice or alignment with expectations is most critical tech issue. And global regulators are now finally recognizing connection between data and competition policy. Voila.
