Looks like Facebook will get away with effectively chilling any former employees, independent watchdogs and even journalists like @carolecadwalla...Facebook can send its “thank you note” to whomever leaked the Six4Three court docs (assuming that was an external party).
@carolecadwalla Here is how Facebook positioned the six4three leaked docs in its arguments to win this case. same docs which were handed off to @DamianCollins in @CommonsCMS hearings Nov 2018. Lots of missing and curious pages in depositions, exhibits.
@carolecadwalla @DamianCollins @CommonsCMS More on it. Again, this involves a company, Facebook, notoriously secretive with employees' NDAs which have mostly frozen any leaking on already grotesque activities. Lawsuit is legitimate and one of only hopes after Facebook rolled other regulators.
