By March 6, everything had been closed up. Unless this thing has been torn up in the last 9 months without anyone noticing, the structure remains unchanged. Barring this, I assert that this stand could not have mounted a solid motor vertically.

Sorry, that’s @38NorthNK .
No further construction at the test stand has been reported from March.
However, there was an addition of what looks like office/lab space at the horizontal assembly facility, begun before January, roofed over May 2019. (38north.org/2019/05/sohae0…)

A solid motor would have to be lifted over that environmental shelter before being inserted into the structure.

But just because a liquid propellant engine is tested does not necessarily mean a liquid fueled SLV or missile *is* the Christmas surprise. (Though, full range RV telemetry is a gap that a commsat could address.)
The maximum public extent of dismantling between the June 2018 Singapore and Feb 2019 Hanoi summits is shown in this image from Aug 16, 2018. (source: 38north.org/2018/11/sohae1…)

Dismantling began around July 2018, and for a time it was believed that the entire stand would be demolished (from 38north.org/2018/07/sohae0…)
