Interesting. Keep in mind Collyer wrote the 2017 opinion of NSA database abuse, and Boasberg wrote the 2018 opinion of the same. [They were almost identical in scale of criticism] However, Boasberg's report was hidden for a year by ODNI.
My apologies for missing this last year. That Boasberg notification answers the question in the Collyer report about how many queries Rogers outlined to Collyer during the 2016 review. 63,000 !
Unauthorized "error rate" of 85%. That means 53,550 unlawful searches of the database by FBI contractors between Nov to May 2016. For specific people/entities, repeatedly, during the GOP primary.
