2/ One part of the GET OUT THE VOTE operation involves the Faith & Freedom Coalition. The coalition is much bigger than Ralph Reed & includes other parachurch orgs. It is directly tied into the Council for National Policy & the Koch funding network. They provide the grunts. 
3/ United In Purpose provides the software. @VickerySec revealed that UIP left about 191 million voter records unprotected in 2016. No doubt to me that Cambridge Analytica used that database. I suspect they will use an updated version of Ripon, CA's app. They are hunting for
4/ low education, low interest, low motivated white evangelical voters who will turn out to vote for Trump in those key battleground states: Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Ohio, and North Carolina. These organizations are all networked together.
5/ Here's the app that I suspect will be a variant or update of the Ripon app. I find it hard to believe they are going to reinvent the wheel when Cambridge Analytica used AggregateIQ to develop the app. Through the network Posner detailed that goes from Paula White, who Trump's
6/ spiritual adviser in the White House to the CNP to all the prayer warrior networks. In other words, this is another GOTV effort directed from directly inside the White House probably using Cambridge Analytica's OCEAN & Dark Triad models, plus UIP's database of church goers.
7/ Trump's apparent strategy is simply to hunker down in his bunker, use the Christian Right to keep the GOPers in Congress scared shitless of the base, and then go into 2020 with an enlarged white evangelical GOP base battling the Devil on behalf of God.
