Let's say I have a completely unproductive day on all fronts (life, work, health, etc).
I feel guilty for making no progress.
Why?
"The post-workists argue that Americans work so hard because their culture has conditioned them to feel guilty when they are not being productive, and that this guilt will fade as work ceases to be the norm." @DKThomp
"Fear, anxiety, expectation, regret, guilt, anger are the dysfunctions of the time-bound state of consciousness." @EckhartTolle
