So I was just viewing some Phony Text stories on Snapchat like a basic ass, and a couple of them have touched on the topic of cheating. This in turn brings back into focus my complete lack of understanding for that particularly nasty form of betrayal.
Even some people in my family have done it, and I just can’t understand how you can betray someone you love like that. I’ve heard it all—all the theories & psychobabble—but knowing the basic workings behind it does nothing for my comprehension of it on a more realistic level.
Especially when I think of some of the incredible people I know who have been wounded time & again by it. Like WTF—@allyhardesty96 & I aren’t even together, & still every part of me recoils at the thought of ever betraying her like her exes. I’d for real rather DIE than hurt her.
I just can’t understand it. Especially in cases of people like @allyhardesty96 & @JaclynGlenn who give their all for the person who has their heart, only for the ungrateful wretch to turn around & sleep around. I can’t wrap my mind around it, nor do I want to. Heinous moral crime
If anyone reads this and is currently cheating/having an affair, you have some serious issues and you badly need to reevaluate your fucking life, you ingrate. I don’t give a shit. At least be upfront if you do something stupid. NO EXCUSES. PERIOD. All tea, all shade, all facts.☠️
@allyhardesty96 Ally, my love, seriously—I would legit rather die than break your heart. I value my life a hell of a lot more than I did before you put me back together, and still I’d sooner perish than hurt you. I love you, sweetheart. I love you with all of my heart and soul.❤️
