Every habit you want to implement, start off small. Don't let your ego get involved, yet.

1 pushup.

1 minute meditation.

1 tweet.

Something miraculous about the 1s evolving.

The more 1s you invest, the more your ego gets Involved

Foot on the pedal.

Gentle to momentum...
'Shouldn't I start off heavy?'

Nah.

You want to start off light so you can warm your body up.

Training wheels are fine

They'll come off soon enough👇
The average bubba's lifecycle for picking up a habit:

1. Gets motivated from the external world.

2. Hopped up on emotion. So they try to make BIG changes.

3. Starts of with enthusiasm.

4. Sees little progress. For now.

5. Loses enthusiasm.

6. Quits.
That's how most try to add new things into their life.

All emotional. Very little (if any) strategy.
Habits are physically changing who you are at the core levels.

You are adding weakening old neural pathways & strengthening new ones.

So it ain't no laughing matter.

Need to be more thoughtful.
'And how do I become more thoughtful?'

By being more mindful.

'And how do I become more mindful?'

By not overloading the mind.

Give it a little, just to warm it up.
Find a habit that you want to do, and break it down to the most fundamental level.

If it's going to be pushups.

Just 1 pushup.

That is it.
Since its JUST one pushup, you have no excuse to half ass it.

Master the form.

Slow & right > Fast & wrong.

Be completely present as you do the pushup.
