JNU Timeline:

1. IHA, JNU brought Fee Hike circular in November.

2. JNUSU started protesting against the fee hike .

3. JNUSU started Lock Down of Schools and Centres.

4. Prof Vandana Mishra was being captive and was harassed a d tortured by JNUSU.

5. As per Academic Calender, Exams were scheduled between 14-20 dec 2019.

6. JNUSU boycotted the exams.

7. JNU Administration decided to go with alternate ways of exams I.e. online assignments, quizzes, etc. after 22nd Dec.

8. JNUSU boycotted the same.

9. While Thousands of students participated in online exams.

10.. 1-5 Jan2020, JNU called Open for semester registrations for those who have completed their academic requirements and provisional registrations to those who haven't competed their respective academic requirements

and asked them to complete the same by 20th January 2020.

11. On 1st Jan JNUSU Locked Down the office of Dean Student Welfare and all the Hostels

12. JNU administration arrange alternatives for the student registrations in the Admin Block and through NO - Dues through emails.

13. Hundreds of students registered on 1st Jan 2020.

14. 2-3 Jan many students came and done their registrations.

15. 4th January 2020, some students who were opposing the registrations
Cut-Off the Internet wires from CIC, and registrations couldn't be completed on 4th Jan.

JNUSU have also been involved in stopping students from the registrations.

16. 5th Jan2020, JNU admin come out with the solutions and instructions have been given to ALL the students to get their registrations done through alternate mechanism.

17. in the evening, some students with Masks on their faces, have become violent and damaged hostel infrastructure and threaten the students who want to go for the registrations.
