Today's episode of #DavesCarIDService kicks off with this curious car: unmistakably a 55 Chevy dash, front fender & fender trim. I'm saying a 55 Chevy with custom paint and bodywork, possibly 53 Lincoln rear q panels. Condolences on your mom.
Across the street are a 53 Nash Ambassador 2-door, behind it is a bit fuzzy, it's either a 53 or 54 DeSoto
re the custom 55 Chevy: it was not unusual back in the day (especially in California) for someone to buy a brand new car and take it straight to a customizer; Barris, Valley Customs, Joe Baillon, etc. My fave is the Ina Mae Overman 1952 Lincoln Capri.

Have a gal like this in your family tree. #1 is a 1928-29 Oldsmobile 3w coupe; #2-#3 while not 100% sure, I believe it's a 1930 Nash. #DavesCarIDService
First one is tough, but it's definitely much later than 1919; cowl vent door, fenders & wheels are consistent with 1930 Buick. Second pic is 1942 Oldsmobile.
