Significant new information in the new documents released by congress.

New texts revealed a previously unknown participant in Parnas’s efforts: Connecticut congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde.
Hyde, a Republican, ranted in crude language about a person identified by the House of Representative committee officials as Marie Yovanovitch, then the US ambassador to Ukraine. Here’s some of those texts:
“F--k that b---h,” Hyde wrote to Parnas on March 22, 2019, in response to a series of articles and tweets Parnas sent him.
The following day, he continued: “Wow. Can’t believe Trumo hasn’t fired this b---h. I’ll get right in that.”
Hyde is a series of texts Parnas. “They are moving her tomorrow,” he said. “The guys over they asked me what I would like to do and what is in it for them.”

SDNY prosecutors are opposing Michael Cohen’s request for a sentencing reduction arguing that the president’s former personal attorney did not provide “substantial” assistance to investigators after his sentencing.
SDNY: “Even after his sentencing, Cohen never made a meaningful effort to engage in serious cooperation but instead engaged in a protracted public relations campaign, in which he sought to cast himself as both victim and hero, aimed at creating the appearance of cooperation…”
Prosecutors say Michael Cohen lied when he denied that he sought a position in the Trump administration. They go on to say they eventually declined his requests for further proffer sessions informing Cohens lawyer they believed he was not a credible witness.

The SDNY has asked a federal judge to revoke Lev Parnas’s bail. They say he has made false statements regarding his assets and income and that he misled pretrial services officer in Florida.

Interesting details in new court filing about Giuliani associate Lev Parnas. Calling him an “extreme flight risk,” SDNY says Parnas has connections to Russian and Ukrainian nationals with “limitless means.”
“Parnas received in excess of $1.5 million from Ukrainian and Russian sources,” SDNY says.

The House Intelligence Committee has released new impeachment evidence, including notes taken by Lev Parnas and a letter from Rudy Giuliani to Volodymyr Zelensky.
They're exactly as damning as you'd expect.
