@emmadentcoad why is the postal vote turnout so low compared to elsewhere. did you get complaints of voters getting their postal vote to late to return in time? Also why such a high no of rejections

To give some perspective on ' NOT counted votes' A few days ago , I retweeted close to a thousand different people who came on twitter to complain about not getting their postal vote in time for them to return before the deadline I suspect this to be the case with Kensington too
Just in case anyone doesn't realize how significant it is to have 2,000 odd postal votes not returned. If the postal votes, are printed/posted and checked by civica , who is owned by a billion dollar private investment fund wanted to they could delay sending pv to certain voters
