She notes breaking news of the GAO.

"Faithful execution of the law does not permit the president to substitute his foreign policy priorities" with Congress', under the Impoundment Control Act, finding OMB violated it.

Pelosi says that the GAO's findings underline the need for witness testimony in the Senate, a proposition that GOP Senators continue to resist.

When asked about GOP saying the Senate record shouldn't include the new Parnas evidence, Pelosi responds: "They're afraid of the truth"

Asked about Facebook's actions refusing to take action on political disinformation, Pelosi says: "I think their behavior is shameful."

Asked why the Parnas documents are coming out now, she responds: "They were released now because that's when they were obtained."

Asked about Parnas' credibility, Pelosi says that his credibility depends on what's corroborated by the documents.

"This testimony implicated the rogue attorney general," Pelosi says, referring to Parnas' claim during his interview with Maddow.

His allegation should be subjected to scrutiny, but should not be ignored, Pelosi says.
