Now that I'm back home, I just want to share a few thoughts about my experience spending 2 weeks in Iowa visiting #YangGang in town after town. Here's my number one takeaway from Iowa: the most important part of @AndrewYang's campaign are the social bonds growing among all of us.
At one point I was struck hard by how truly American the #YangGang feels. We are a massively diverse group who see each other as family. Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and more, holding all kinds of beliefs individually, but all seeing each other as holding shared purpose.
That's what America used to be and is no more. We as a nation are so divided right now that we won't even talk to people from "the other side". But that's not true in the #YangGang. We've healed that divide. Everyone is welcome and our diversity is our strength. We are a big fam.
I was also struck by just how important a role the #YangGang will play in the future of this country. We are learning how to be ultra-engaged citizens. We are gaining the skills to truly move this country forward. There will be YG members of Congress as big & influential as @AOC.
The MSM and political establishment have no clue what's coming, but I've seen it. The future of this country is seeded within the #YangGang. Whether Yang is our next President or not, we've been politically awakened. We know what we're up against and the forces we must overcome.
With every conversation the #YangGang has with someone within the MSM bubble, we shrink that bubble. Our message is the strongest one because it represents reality. It takes time, and it takes daily effort, but this direction is one way. We just have to keep awakening America.
There is no easy way to do this. Our future is in our hands and we have to continuing playing an active role. Phone bank, text bank, yang locally, and if you can, canvass in NV or SC. If you sign up to #BringTheWave, it's one thing you will never regret.

I know you won't regret it, because the friends you make & experiences you share with them fighting together on the ground will be memories that become sparks within you. I leave Iowa with a distaste for caucuses, but I continue life with a love for every #YangGang I got to meet.
