@Swamy39 @jsaideepak 26th amendment was also challenged as part of Keshavananda Bharathi case and the ratio is that Parliament cannot amend the basic structure of Constitution i.e Art 26 is beyond the powers of Parliament a creature of the Constitution to amend.

@Swamy39 @jsaideepak Sabarimala Deity chose Dec 26th ( another 26 no) to register his displeasure on the above order against the principles of Dharma through His devotees who came in very large numbers and protested in a very peaceful manner and sent a very strong message out.
