@IYRKRao Art 26 rights is the right of a Hindu Deity and when one exercises his Art 26(d) right on His behalf even as an Executive Officer from the Secular Govt the Master , Servant relationship changes as the Master is now the Deity and not the Secular Govt.
@IYRKRao But such devotional officers are an exception and one cannot leave our Hindu temples under Secular Govt control as in a democracy it is not guaranteed that only devotional people are at the helm all the time. Sabarimala Jan 2nd event teaches a hard lesson.
@IYRKRao The sad truth is even Political Parties with devotees when in opposition who promise to free Hindu temples from Secular Govt control when they come to power they feel they can do good with temples under their control. They think they are forever but reality is their term is fixed
@IYRKRao History is a great guide but somehow leaders of political parties who are otherwise devotees have not been able to secure the wisdom that long term interests of Hindu Temples is to free them from Secular Govt control as there is no guarantee who comes to power in a Democracy.
@IYRKRao It is best not to expect such wisdom from our political leadership & fight constitutional battle in SC and secure the rights that are guaranteed for Hindu Deity Sampradayas under Art 26 which have been taken over by the Secular State. The SC Nine judge bench is a good opportunity
