2/ Over the last few days, there have been war of words between the Abia State Commissioner of @PoliceNG, CP Ene Okon and members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), over the February 14 Funeral of the parents of IPOB's leader, @MaziNnamdiKanu.
3/ Many a Nigerians followed the events which led to the September 2017 invasion of @MaziNnamdiKanu's home in Abia State, leading to the death of 5 youths & 30 others injured from bullet wounds. @MaziNnamdiKanu dissappeared during that bloody invasion by men of @HQNigerianArmy.
4/ The ensuing catastrophic events after that September 2017 invasion of @MaziNnamdiKanu's ancestral home, in no mean measure, led to the tragic illness and eventual demise of his parents, His Royal Majesty Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and Ugoeze Kanu.
5/ The sanctimonious Funeral of His Royal Majesty, Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and his wife, Ugoeze Kanu, is billed for Friday, February 14, 2020. Yet, SYCOPHANTIC CP Ene Okon, wouldn't allow @MaziNnamdiKanu, his family, friends and associates, MOURN & BURY their beloved ones in PEACE?
6/ Prez. @MBuhari's admin can deceive its coterie of SYCOPHANTS, not the world, by its SHAM proscription of IPOB, a peaceful separatist group, designating it as a TERRORIST group, whereas, actual TERRORISTS- BOKO HARAM & FULANI HERDSMEN, are daily given 'PRESIDENTIAL DINNERS.'
7/ If indeed @MaziNnamdiKanu is a WANTED TERRORIST, as always claimed by the @MBuhari admin, why not contact @FBI or @INTERPOL_HQ to ARREST him and bring him back to Nigeria, to face TERRORISM charges? Same MNK sighted recently at Prez. @realDonaldTrump's rally in Iowa?
8/ S-East Nigeria, or any other region shouldn't be subjugated as a CONQUERED TERRITORY, just for the ilks of CP Eneh Okon to satisfy his personal aggrandizement & that of his employers. If Nigeria belongs to all regions, @MBuhari's admin should CALL CP Okon to ORDER, NOW!

2/ Despite the 'No Victor, No Vanquished' declaration of Yakubu Gowon, Nigeria's military head of state, on January 15, 1970, when the 30-month Biafran/Nigerian civil war ended, it is unfortunate that NDIGBO, have continued to be treated as SECOND-CLASS citizens in Nigeria.
3/ This got worse since the demise of former Biafran leader, Chief Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, Ezeigbo Gbugburu and Ikemba of Nnewi, on November 26, 2011, as there have been no NATIONAL MOUTH-PIECE for Ndigbo. The situation worsened since 2015, when Prez. @MBuhari came on board.

2/ Nigeria's Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), are currently at loggerheads with the Federal Government of @MBuhari, over a frivolous payment system, the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS).
3/ As far-sited and jobless as Nigeria's Federal Government, in 2020, it still pokes its nose into how staffs of public universities are paid? This is RIDICULOUS!

Mr Chidubem was later reached through his line the second day. He demanded a Ransom
Responding to his demand, PREMIUM TIMES learnt that the woman paid N322,000 at different intervals to get her child from the abductor.

Alas! He did not release the boy.

As the work on building Amravati, the new capital city AP, comes to a grinding halt, concerns emerge about Amravati (APCRDA) bonds held by Franklin MF (~Rs. 1000 Cr) and Birla MF (Rs. ~300 Cr). Thread 1/11
During the Chandrababu Govt, Amravati received political as well as financial patronage. Now, with Jagan Reddy being incharge of the state, the project is in shambles. World Bank & ADB pulled out of the project and the Government is looking for reasons to scrap it. 2/n
The bonds issued to support the financing needs of the project were subscribed by Franklin MF and Birla MF. The bonds are guaranteed by the AP Govt but it's not sure if the Govt would keep servicing the bonds. The risk of lending to a state govt has again come to the fore. 3/11

To be honest, the @PoliceNG men might av man handled the girl but the fact is: she was very high that night, hard drugs were found on them. She fell down to her face while the police were trying to get her into their vehicle, she had glasses on which led to the cuts. SayNoToDrugs
It happened Saturday night not yesterday night, one of the girls called me around 11pm that @PoliceNG men had wounded her friend, I told her to give the phone to one of the officers who also confirmed that the girl fell down. I told the policemen to bring them to me immediately..
When they got to me, I immediately asked that the girl be rushed to the hospital and sent some money for her treatment, I also spoke to the doctor on duty to please attend to her immediately. The next day I called her to follow up on possible resolution she did not turn up

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state has Ph.D in Biochemical Pharmacology from the University of Calabar. By his training, he should be conversant with what dirty environments can cause humans. He was Gen. Manager, Abia Environmental Protection Agency, yet he failed his people
He is in his second term now as a PDP Governor of Abia state, an oil producing states. His performance has left even his supporters in shock. That a small sized state like Abia can be so poorly governed, is a shame to his academic achievement as a PhD holder.

3. Talk to them, starting very young about racial, gender, and sexuality biases.

5. Engage in meaningful & difficult conversations, even if you are uncomfortable or don't know what to say.
