The end of redlining didn't cause the 2008 crash. Out-of-control greed by Wall Street and big banks, and the corruption that lets them control our government, caused the crash. Predatory lenders steered families of color into the worst loans and those families lost billions.
We need to take concrete steps to address the impact of redlining and the subprime mortgage crisis. I built an office at the @CFPB to fight lending discrimination and my housing plan helps families in formerly redlined areas to buy homes and build wealth. elizabethwarren.com/plans/safe-aff…

Here's just one example: Income inequality in Asian American communities nearly doubled from 1970 to 2016. Burmese, Nepalese, Hmong, and Bangladeshi Americans make, on average, less than half what people in some other AAPI communities make.
Tuesday was AAPI Women's Equal Pay Day. AAPI women as a whole are paid 90 cents on every dollar earned by white men. But Native Hawaiian women make 63 cents, Samoan women make 62 cents, and Fijian women make just 55 cents on the dollar. marketwatch.com/story/the-doub…

Donald Trump is shredding the rule of law in this country. His AG overruled career prosecutors to reduce the sentence for his buddy Roger Stone after Stone committed crimes to protect him. Every Republican who voted to acquit Trump for his corrupt actions enabled and owns this.
Donald Trump can continue his corrupt rampages and vendettas because elected Republicans do nothing. They lack the courage and backbone shown by four career prosecutors who stepped down rather than facilitate the Attorney General’s corrupt scheme. But we are not powerless.
Congress must act immediately to rein in our lawless Attorney General. Barr should resign or face impeachment. And Congress should use spending power to defund the AG’s authority to interfere with anything that affects Trump, his friends, or his elections.

Keep in mind, Bernie lost April 19th with a huge defeat in NY, where he lost to Hillary by 16 points
58% to 42%

Trump won the GOP nomination on May 4th, that is when he became
the GOP nominee, and the GOP started lining up behind him.

Bernie waited until July to concede.
Now here is a good article on why so many people learned to dislike Bernie so much.

Most of us started out liking him, that changed when he became toxic.
