2/ Assume you are an entrepreneur who created a Korean-Mexican taco truck called Kogi. Assume he takes all earnings and buys another truck and equipment and employs more workers. Is that incentive for the entrepreneur to reinvest retained earnings valuable enough to defer taxes?
