1-Ask that Ottawa formally recognize Alberta today is not an equal partner within Confederation,
2-Alberta should be designated a "cultural distinct" region within Canada,
3-The Constitution should entrench resource projects such as the sole domain of provinces,
4-Ottawa must issue a formal apology for the 1980 National Energy Program,
5-Parliament should be rebalanced to better represent the West. The Constitution should be reopened to do this,
6-Ottawa should recognize and promote Alberta's contributions to the global green technology system,
7-Changes to, or elimination of, the equalization system should also occur.
Sorry, but this isn't about to happen. Over thirty two million Canadians aren't going to bend over to accomodate the demands endorsed by four Conservative MPs
