2/ in Moffa's House interview in Aug 2018 assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6022…, Moffa was asked about texts at start of Crossfire (when only a few agents), one of which said "same layout for brief as Joe and Brian did for Andy". 
3/ "Brian" in this text is almost certainly one of the original Crossfire team - perhaps Case Agent 2, but more likely (IMO) Supervisory Intel Analyst. (It's ridiculous that identity of these characters is disguised due to what appears to be mere civil service regulations.)
4/ JARS2 published a list of FBI agents up to surname beginning with J. There are two Supervisory Intel Analysts (one Intel Analyst simpliciter) with fname Brian and Washington telephone numbers.
5/ there's some public information on Brian Auten: his interests seem more in philosophy and ethics rather than Russia studies. See: phc.edu/strategic-inte…

Auten and Cohen both have relatively few characters in their names - which may or may not fit with redactions in Strzok emails early in Crossfire when Supervisory Intel Analyst one of few on mailing list.
