"The SC bench has a golden opportunity to right many wrongs, and it should not miss this golden opportunity to deliver equal rights to Hindus by reading articles 25-30 as they should be – rights available to all and not just minorities."

SC also missed Lord Chilkur Balaji Deity. We pray to Lord Chilkur Balaji to guide the Hon'ble Judges to rectify and also deliver a great Judgement that will protect Hindu Religious Institutions that have suffered the most due to pecularism practiced so far
Just By filing Impleading Petition in SC Lord Chilkur Balaji has achieved imp objective of letting Hon'ble Judges know which side in this battle is on the side of Dharma.
“Where there is Lord Krishna there is Dharma and where there is Dharma there is Victory”.

यतो धर्मस्ततो जयः
All the seven questions framed by SC Nine Judge Bench as far as a Hindu Temple is concerned can be summarized as below :-

Whether Lord Krishna's work (Matkarma) of Hindu temple Work should be done as per 'Will of the Deity' or 'Will of the Secular State' (includes Judiciary) ?
चतुर्विधा भजन्ते मां जनाः सुकृतिनोऽर्जुन।
आर्तो जिज्ञासुरर्थार्थी ज्ञानी च भरतर्षभ॥
Lord Sri Krishna Bhaghavad Gita sloka (7.16) splits devotees into four categories based on scale of devotion lowest to highest without any relation to varna, power or wealth.
Whether having separate Queues in our temples for moneyed and VIP with faster access to Deity against the above mandate is against Will of Deity is also something that crops up due to Lord Chilkur Balaji being part of this case in SC.
Secular State which is arguing for Equality has to also defend how the above practice is in line with principle of Equality
Pious purpose of incarnation of a Hindu Deity is to increase devotion in devotees leading to moksha not to increase income from them. This being the case the Secular State has to explain why only Hindu Deities who generate income are given prominence over Hindu Deities who do not
The Impleading Petition of Lord Chilkur Balaji is posing some interesting questions on different forms of discrimination against Art 14 practiced by the Secular State in its administration of Hindu Temples.
Since SC Nine Judge Bench is for the first time in a case u Art 25 & Art 26 hearing counsels representing different religions it has made the job easy to point out another selective discrimination against Hindu Temples by Secular State

This is a great platform where all religions are represented before SC Nine Judge Bench to remind SC about its own questions as to why only Hindu Temples are selectively administered by Govt officials
