tl;dr This judge will read the unredacted version of the Mueller Report and decide whether the Barr DOJ's redactions comply with established FOIA exemptions.

Remember that yesterday a healthcare worker who treated a patient with coronavirus and then developed symptoms, who cannot return to caring for patients without answers, said in a statement that CDC was denying her doctor's and county health officials' request that she be tested.
Remember that CDC imposed a widely criticized and highly restrictive testing regime nationwide, resisted pleas from doctors and officials for more urgency and wider monitoring, distributed tests that don’t work, and repeatedly missed its own targets for distributing new supplies.
And the most important thing the CDC Director wants to say is a thank you to President Trump for his ‘decisive leadership.’

There's no indication in the Nathaniel Woods stay order that Justice Thomas has referred the matter to the full court yet. supremecourt.gov/orders/courtor…
tbf it appears the application that moved Justice Thomas was only filed today (per a separate proof of service that accompanies it on the docket): supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/19/1…
The core of Woods' argument is that the state invited him to choose his execution method (he declined, defaulting him to lethal injection), and then scheduled all the injection executions *first* before those who made a different choice. He argues that's unfair.

I’ve been looking for the tuition at Dowd’s alma mater—Cardinal Newman College, a catholic liberal arts school in St. Louis that closed in 1985.

I figure Dowd would’ve been there 1979-83. Haven’t got that period nailed down, but in 1977 ANNUAL TUITION was reportedly $2,300.

TIMELINE: March 24, 2019 Barr released his letter describing the "top line" conclusions of the Mueller report. 3/29/19 Mueller wrote letter saying it mischaracterized work. 4/18/19 Barr held "RR stood there" presser saying "no obstruction, no collusion" And off we went.
LITIGATION: Leopold/Buzzfeed/EPIC used FOIA and other methods to request unredacted version of the Mueller report. The DOJ said "no"; everyone else filed motions to compel it. Court decided to review UNREDACTED report to assist in decision.
