In the run up to woman's day, following the clarion call given by Hon PM Shri @narendramodi ji for women empowerment, I want to highlight a few women from my constituency who have inspired many people, including me to become better human beings.

Dr. Snehlata Deshmukh has been VC of Mumbai Univ & Dean of Sion hospital. Apart from her big contribution to education,she has been an eminent paediatric surgeon & one of the founders of neo-natal department of KEM Hospital. Her positivity is infectious.

88 yr old young, Smt Anandini Thakoor works persistently with various Bandra ALMs to bring about socio-economic changes to our society with various activities.
