“YOUNG BLOOD”

There is something about being a young adult [or young at heart]. You are not yet burdened with the ties and responsibilities of adults. You have enough freedom and little ties that allow you to be bold, daring and reckless — WHAT A TIME TO CHAMPION FAITH!!!

David was a teenager when he killed Goliath. Daniel was a teenager when Babylon raises Israel, he became skilled and wise from a young age. Even Shedrach, Meshach, and Abednego were teenagers when they defied Nebuchadnezzar.

If them boys had wives and little children at home, those decisions for hard oh😂😂😂

Shall we mention Joseph who was a teenager when, via mastery and His heart in God, he prospered and made his master‘s home prosper.

Or shall we mention Young Adult Pastor Timothy?

Oh the power, freedom, joys and endless possibilities available to young adults.

No wonder the devil is after the young — if you corrupt a child’s training in the way to go, you have succeeded to determine how south their lives will go when they grow... Only Christ’s love and wisdom can alter that trajectory.

Young adults are adults. Some are undergraduates others are done with school. Some are interns others have high paying employment. Some have autonomy others already live on their own. They are well versed with the rigours of workplace, sexual relations, and vast information.

These are not children! A parent, system or church that deals with its young adult demographic like toddlers or preteens is going to totally suck at being instrumental to their proper development and foundation building.

You cannot treat them like babies. The average young adult is more aware of their world than the average adult gives them credit for. Their hands are shoulder-deep in REAL LIFE ISSUES!

Parents, systems and churches will have to pay attention to Young voices who can help interact and shape the young adults under their care.

There are growing Sons and Daughters of God right under your noses that are young enough to speak their language and engage them on a cultural level, yet “old” or mature enough to bridge the knowledge and experience gap between both generations.

As much as your wisdom is needed, you need to allow the bridges to hold: The older generation can feed wisdom required — but You cannot teach young influencers how to speak and interact with their peers.

The world, secular media and corporate businesses are increasingly employing Young People to spearhead key roles and communications in their agencies to enable them connect better with young adult demographics

The Body of Christ must wake up to this reality; and those who already are, must
•ALLOW ROOM FOR SIMPLICITY
•DECONSTRUCT BUREAUCRACY
•AND KILL THE ADDICTION TO NEEDLESS ACTIVITY — the love for planning complex activity to solve problems that require only simple operations

Your youth workers are burning out.
You are treating your young adults like babies.
Secular media, corporate society and select visionary churches will replace your voice in the lives of your young ones [if they already haven’t done so] if you continue at this rate.

•Simplify Operations
•Deconstruct were needed
•Cut the need for Needless activity
•Allow Gap-Bridgers to bridge the gap

This is not the season for “Marthas”
We need more Jesus’ catering to the Marys.
