In another televised address, Thai PM @prayutofficial reiterates the measures to combat #COVID19 his government has decided, but says that "we have not shut (or lock down) our country", but travelers arriving here have to be subjected to the measures here (cont.) 
(cont.) such as self-isolation or even quarantine if someone comes from a high-risk area (e.g. S Korea, Iran, Italy, China), download an app to be traceable. He also asks Thais not to make any unessential travels abroad.
(cont.) The govt’s measures starting Mar 18 incl. the closure of all education institutions nationwide and the closing of entertainment and sports venues in Bangkok until Mar 31. However, if the situation doesn’t get any better, the govt may extend it, says PM @prayutofficial.
(cont.) restaurants and shops will remain open, but they have to take health safety measures. Also, all other gatherings should not take place - but it is up to the provincial governments to cancel or postpone.
