I am highlighting TWO physicians in ground zero NYC now who are on HCQ and azithro with deteriorating O2 sats in ICU. Similar stories are everywhere. Remdesivir and Actemra are giving us hope but we either dont have enough access or supply. We need help on a large scale
That was my chief fellow. Next is my boss, yes my dear friend in the ICU. We need to dramatically ramp up production of potentially life saving therapies and ease the restrictions for those seriously at risk of dying. @GileadSciences @Roche
I have just spoken to a number of people regarding il6 inhibition and anecdotally have heard dramatic turn arounds in 12 hours including on CT imaging. @jigneshpatelMD can u describe how ur symptoms changed in 12 hrs please after one dose @CMichaelGibson @pulte
