A year ago I was 35 lbs heavier than I am now

I was $15,000 deeper in debt

I was very unhappy

Here's 10 lessons on how I changed the frame and raised my baseline happiness and fulfillment
1) I love myself - I repeated this to myself thousands of times/day

2) Lifting heavy shit - I hit the gym daily, no matter how I felt

3) Stopped eating crap - Bought groceries, stopped drinking alcohol

4) Exceeded expectations - I did more than what was asked of me
5) Called my family - Connected with those who love unconditionally

6) Trusted myself - Looked at how far I've come, appreciated myself for it

7) Stopped watching TV - It was a waste of time

8) Stopped taking crap - If it didn't serve me, I paid no mind to it

He checks the bathroom but there is no sign of the younger.

Failing to have his call picked up,
he sends a text and starts to feel anxious.

Did Kyungsoo run away?

He opens the closet and finds their bags with their wallets inside. It means the other only has his phone with him.

And he's not answering any calls and texts.

He's seriously getting worried.
If before, he could contact his cousin and ask of his whereabouts, right now he doesn't have anyone to turn to.

Just then the door opens, revealing a drenched Kyungsoo. The younger just stands there, at the doorway with a bashful smile.

"What happened to you? Why are you wet?"
