.@NYGovCuomo is moving it's primary to June. Delaying tax deadline until July
Cuomo says yesterday's ICU admissions and overall hospitalizations are down from the huge spike the day before but advises no one day's data should be overindexed.
Cuomo ranting about how the dumb system that Trump has set up means states are bidding up the price of ventilators and PPE.

"Can't have the states competing against the states."
Says we need a nationwide buying consortium. Either the federal government runs, or the states comes up a voluntary cooperative system.
BIG NEWS FOR PREGNANT WOMEN IN NY: Cuomo and public health leaders are DIRECTING hospitals to allow one person (partner or whomever) in birthing room.
Also Cuomo's plan for COVID-only hospitals should make things safer for deliveries and other must-do procedures.

Trump extending the CDC guidelines until April 30th.
This is good but also entirely predictable and he should have just said this a week ago.

And likely they will be extended further.
Now instead of Easter, he's pegging the beginning of a return to normality to begin by June 1.
