Working from home means people are sitting longer. It is important for your health to get up often, for at least 3 minutes, to stretch your muscles.

🏠 If you are at home because of #coronavirus, it's important to stay active every day as much as you can. WHO recommends that all healthy adults do 30 mins/day of physical activity, and children should be physically active for 1 hour/day.
