Allow me to explain the confusion between the warehouse 9 or the warehouse 12 in #BeirutExplosion

I am not more intelligent than other people but I have access to documents. In the official intelligence report (that I can't share, sorry), it says the door 9 of the warehouse 12.

The intelligence report said: "Following an inspection of the warehouse 12 by the Harour authority, it has been noticed that the door 9 of the mentioned warehouse has been damaged in its middle, pushing it further away from the door, thus facilitating possible theft."+ #Beirut

The Intelligence Service General explained to me that "almost all warehouses at the Harbour have been damaged. Everybody at the Harbour steals and I was afraid that this product could have been taken away...yes taken away even if 2,750 tons, and sold as potential explosives."+

Now, there is another sensitive point in the report. The Lebanese Army was asked if it is possible for its explosive division to take it away. The Army responded that the civilian company (name of owner included) that uses explosive should be consulted and in case of rejection..+

The AN should be re-exported back to the country of origin at the expenses of the importer."

Can you imagine? There is no importer and the level of competence is embarrassing. The 2,750 tons remained in a miserable storage way with bags open until August the 4th. #BeirutBlast

There are at least 3 responsible that should be arrested, to start with:
the director of the Harbour, the General, head of the Army intelligence service at the Harbour, the responsible for the management of the Harbour.

These 3 are directly responsible and should be arrested.
