Her issues involve her judicial philosophy & if she is able to separate her religious beliefs from her jurisprudence.

Though she has submitted to the precedence of the court it was only because she was not in the position to set it.

That changes w #SCOTUS

#AmyComeyBarrett has stated she does not fully believe in Stare Decisis.

In her current role she says she is not in the position to challenge it, but as #SCOTUS she says law can be overturned no matter how long standing, if she sees fit.

#AmyConeyBarrett spoke at the ADF an Anti-LGBTQ hate group. Knew this when she spoke. Accepted their money.
Spoke more than once.

They believe in criminalization of #LGBTQ people as well as sterilization of transpersons overseas.

So if nothing else, this is an example of poor judgement, but it is so much more & reflective of the PoP religious beliefs.

She is also against the #ACA and thinks Roberts founded incorrectly. As a #SCOTUS Justice she would be in the position to undo this when it comes to court right after the election.

We don't know she will undo it, but we know the @GOP & @POTUS thinks she will.

@POTUS + 19 @GOP Governors are in court right now to remove pre-existing condition coverage.

20 million will immediately lose coverage & you will lose all the benefits of the ACA, which are numerous.

Now onto Roe V Wade.
Her contempt for the law is well known.
She even signed an ad against it once.

So again we do not know how she will decide, but she again used her position of Professor to support a cause PoP states as theirs.

She even participated in a fake abortion clinic meant to pressure women into keeping their pregnancies to term.

This again puts into question her judgement as these groups are known to be harmful & can cause women mental distress.

When this is what her religious community teaches?
A teaching she lives by, not rejects.

Again it is not her religious beliefs that are at issue, but her ability to separate them from her decisions.

We know that in her life she has not separated her beliefs from her work in the past, why would we think she would now?

We don't know, but given the leader of a hate group that wants to criminalize #LGBTQ persons & sterilize trans people overseas was at her Rose Garden ceremony AND that she spoke there after knowing who they were AND accepted their money -- how can she be trusted?

At best her judgement is poor, at worst, her dogma lives so strongly in her she was willing to speak at a HATE GROUP that speaks against the same people PoP does -- #LGBTQ

She is not fit for the #SupremeCourt

Stricter originalist than Scalia.

Ie when the Constitution offered few rights to anyone, but white male property owners.

How far back does take us since she does not believe in Stare Decisis?
