1. Ethiopia remains one of the largest recipient of humanitarian assistance in the world & now further exacerbated by disasters such as continuous infightings, #COVID19 pandemic, swarm of desert locust & climate induced crop failure.

2. Worse-off is the recent call for bloodshed by the grossly incompetent leadership of @AbiyAhmedAli. The nation is inching everyday into balkanization because of his shortsighted policies.

3. Government institutions have not failed to appeal for increased global support whereas ill conceived orchestration of civil wars against his own people perpetuates as a grand tragedy.

4. Conflicts have become the hallmark of Ethiopia under @Abiyahmed crooked administration & more multipliers are added by the day.

5. According to the most recent data from @UN, the declaration of war over #Tigray by this illegitimate administration further worsens the already dire situation faced by the nation further risking 9 million more displacements.

6. @Abiyahmed rebuffed all calls for an inclusive national dialogue from #Tigray, @IGAD @AU @EU & @UN yet he had no shame whatsoever to go on tv screen intimidating civilians in broad day light that he will conduct airstrikes in big cities.

7. What the world failed to comprehend is that these disasters will spillover into the wider region deteriorating the already fragile situation even further. It’s totally inconceivable that a #NobelPeacePrize winer would end up fabricating tonnes of conflicts.

8. The administration as opposed to the honeymoon period hijacked all the reform agendas & engaged in stifling dissenting voices, mass detention of leaders of the opposition political parties with formidable support…

9. ...sending journalists & public intellectuals to gulags for simply exercising their rights of freedom of expression & opinion.

10. The nation cannot afford neither a one-man show nor a failed unitarist system & the international community shall not remain an onlooker while this modern day state collapse, #Genocide & ethnic cleansing are underway in its watch.
