Leader Comments - Builds a world of trust! Transforms your exchange into a meaningful two way dialogue. This helps provide clarity, show appreciation, and answer questions. SO much more than a survey 😉 #TeVirtualEvents #TeVE
Choosing the right tools - Looking into the features of our Discover Dashboard. Let's start with a THOUGHT report. Settings will customize what you want in the report. If you want to share the BIG picture (maybe top 10 thoughts) you can change this in settings very easily. #TeVE
This Thought report can be downloaded as a PDF to send or print. This Thought report is really helpful in making the data more palatable and simple to digest. Leader comments can show up in these reports. Do not cherry pick. If you're going to respond, do the top 5 or top 10.
Now you want to share thoughts from a particular theme to dig in deeper? In BARS you select the theme you want to dig into and you can customize that report specific to that theme. #TeVirtualEvents #TeVE #TeMasterClass
Overview! Always edit this. Identify progress, impact and next steps. Exchange Details - You can include which languages have been used in that particular exchange also. Bars & Tiles are your opportunity to add theming to your report. #TeMasterClass #TeVE
Play around with these features, look at both BARS and TILES. Bar chart has priority, Tiles de-prioritizes. What is the best way to communicate to stakeholders? Do you want them to be thinking about priorities? Or more of an overall view? #TeMasterClass #TeVE
Summary Report - Create one of these for EVERY exchange you run to help communicate back to participants and close the loop. Very important to wrap up one exchange before you move on to the next one. This will increase participation over time.
SLIDES! Very customizable way to generate a slide deck easily (and automatically). This is one of our newest features and is quickly becoming a fan favourite too! #BringPeopleTogether #TeVE #TeVirtualEvents
