Get your community/organization excited about the upcoming #Thoughtexchange as early as possible. Who on your team is supporting? With reach outs & moderation? Plan this in advance. Do you have student group that you could partner with to get more #studentvoice in your exchange?

Multi language is an option to be more inclusive. The simplest thing to do - turn the toggle on so that participants can use ANY language that is supported by Google Translate. They will read and share thoughts in their preferred language. #BringPeopleTogether #TeMasterClass #DEI
Moderation - Ask yourself how much transparency can you bring to the exchange? People do not want to feel censored. Moderation might be required, but stay on top of adding thoughts back into the conversation once reviewed. Building trust in the exchange is very important. #TeVE
