Because modern society conflates & confounds very different aspects of our original, very tribal, environment, in which human nature evolved, there is a misconception that to love one's own tribe, nation or race, one must necessarily despise other tribes, nations or races.
What is also very confusing is that we might like an individual of a different race far more than we like some individuals of our own race.
In my experience, ALL the individuals I "hate" are members of my OWN race. But that doesn't stop me from still identifying with it.

The more we weaken the bonds of kinship & shared race, the more we strengthen the hand of #BigBrother.
